Movsta Technology Private Limited Refund Policy

1. Rescheduling of EduTour Packages

In the event of any delays or changes in the schedule of one of Movsta's EduTour Packages, the program will be rescheduled to a future date. Participants will be notified in advance, and all necessary arrangements will be made to ensure the continuity of the program.

2. Accommodation in Future Trips

If a participant is unable to attend the EduTour after making the payment and raises an issue, our administration will assess the seriousness of the matter:

  • Serious Issues: If the participant's problem is deemed serious by the administration, they will be accommodated in one of our future trips.
  • Non-Serious Issues: If the problem is determined to be not serious, the participant will not be accommodated for any future tour.

3. No Refund Policy

Please note that refund of payment is not part of our policy. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable, irrespective of the circumstances.
